Our pieces are made from 304/316 stainless steel, mirror-polished and resistant to tarnish and water.

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Store pieces separately in a dry place.

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days and dispatched from the Netherlands. Delivery inside the EU typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

EU shipping is free on orders over €50. Below that amount, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery country.

Returns: our own return window is 30 days from delivery — longer than the statutory EU right of withdrawal, which lets you cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. The 30-day window starts on the day your order arrives, so it covers those 14 days.

To start a return, open the order in your account and choose “Request a return”. We confirm by email with the return address and instructions. Returned pieces must be unworn, undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging.
